They get so many cars through here through AAMI and GIO insurance to take any care I have had multiple experiences with them always needed to take elsewhere to fix issues."

"After my car being hit I was dreading having my car repaired. The other driver was with AAMI who referred me to Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs at Moorebank. I honestly cannot be happier with the service I was provided. The lovely lady at reception checked my car in and organised an uber to take me to collect my hire car. The gentleman who went over the car with me explained everything and what my expected repair time would be dependent on the two possible scenarios when they start the job. I collected my car today after 1.5 weeks. Once I dropped the hire car off I phoned the repairer who organised an uber to collect me and take me to pick up my car. I am very impressed with the quality of work as well as the staff I dealt with. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for your good customer service and quality of work - it is hard to find these days."

"Let me start out by saying the workmanship and mechanics are brilliant and second to none. However, this will only take you so far when your front end staff are utterly useless (no other way to describe it). I was supposed to pick up my car and Capital SMART booked me an uber, after multiple cancellations from uber I had to call the company to see what's going on. I was told by the middle-aged lady who took my call that it looks like I will 'no longer make it on time' as the company closes at 4pm. I asked if there is anyway for them to stay open and was told no one will be around after 4pm to allow me to pick up my car (is it really too much to ask for someone to stick around till 4:10?). The company then pre-booked me an uber at 7:30am the following day. The next day, no one showed up to my house to pick me up and I was unable to contact anyone till after 8am. I decided to book my own taxi there and was told I couldn't be reimbursed by Capital SMART and had to go through insurance, after almost an hour of waiting in 4 degrees C. If you have any choice or say in the matter, do NOT go with this company to repair your vehicle, you will likely have to pay some form of excess that cannot be reimbursed or receive your car much later than anticipated. I would recommend Capital SMART to hire competent front end staff that know how to book an uber, or better yet use a dedicated taxi service for their customers. You do not have control over what services another business provides, however you have full control of your own service."

"Got sent here by AAMI more than 8weeks ago to get my car assessed . The assessor told us that he would need to order parts for the car and he will call us to bring our car back in for repair once the parts arrived . Called in today after 8 weeks to be told that the assessor had no idea what he was talking about and that no parts had been ordered and that if you don’t leave your vehicle at the repairers you automatically lose your slot . Then I was told by SMART I would need to re call aami which took another 2 hours to get my car re booked . I rebooked through aami with a different repairer this time . Not good wasted 8 weeks for no reason ."

"I’m very disappoint with a service they provide me.First of the lady on the reception is very rude and unprofessional.I left the car for repair they give me 1 week so when I went for pick up after receiving the msg .I noticed that bomper was fix perfectly and car system wasn’t reset till that time and the main thing was the tyre noise which I noticed after the accident i finger out all these problems.i wait there for 3 hours for fix the bomper and reset system. After resting the car automatic handbrake was not working anyway i they spend me 1 more week to fix these issues.when i went there again for pickup so there was no work done on that issues . When i start arguing the boss so he clearly said that we are not responsible for these issues if you leave the car then we will tow your to your house on your expenses. They also sent the documents to my insurance that all clear."
