"Exemplar service and a great team at Glidez. Met Shane at the beginning of the year when shopping around for a bike. I hadn't ridden a bike since college so had no idea what I was really after. Shane pointed me in the direction of the Norco Scene 2 bike, explained its features and benefits and I've literally ridden it every weekend since. 100% happy with the recommendation. I've since been back to see Shane for various inner tube replacements (running over thorny grass and broken glass, rookie errors on my behalf!) and rather sadly to replace the entire front wheel, thanks lady for reversing over my bike without looking in your rear-view mirror! Every time I'm greeted with a warm smile and a friendly chat. Go see the team at Glidez, you won't be disappointed."

"Recently purchased an Electric Bike from Glidez, the customer service from Liz & Shane was outstanding and the whole team helped me picked out a suitable bike based on my height measurements. They also guided me to understand the differences with the electric version and were able add a shopping basket. "I cannot fault the service at Glidez. After having my tyre constantly go flat immediately after a puncture repair /tube and tyre replacement at a local bike shop, in desperation, I tried Glidez. Glidez listened and didn't dismiss me when I said I think there is more going on. They started by replacing the tube but it went flat so a thorough investigation by them found the underlying problem, a $5 fix. For the first time in 12 months, I finally have a tyre that stays inflated. Highly recommended."

"I would never deal with this company again. Last thursday I called and enquired about getting two of my escooters rear tyres repaired. I asked when was a good day to visit - as I lived nearly an hour away. I was told tomorrow was perfect as the escooter repair guy was in all day. I arrived at about 9:10am and was told the repair guy was running late but should be there around 10am. I left my scooters and my mobile number with the lady at the counter and told her I would roam around Wyong waiting for hear from her. At about 11:25am I went back into the store to see how things were going and I was told the repair guy was a no show and that they hadn't been able to get him on the phone and that 'there was nothing they could do'. I can tell you this - The least she could have done was to let me know he didnt arrive at 10am like he said - I could have picked up my scooters then. A complete waste of over half a day and 20 bucks in fuel. I wont be wasting my time travelling to get to this place again."

"Absolutely appalling customer service. Brought my kids in with me in the school holidays to purchase some scooters. The dark haired man at the counter was rude and very dismissive. He spoke to the children in a particularly rude manner. No child should ever have to experience communication like that. My 6 year old even said as we drove away that "man was a very rude person". Shame on you! Well by the owner's response, it is now obvious to see why the store offers such a terrible level of unprofessional customer service. Actually you are incorrect, my kids touched your scooters just ONCE. Please do not amend the story to make yourself look better. We very quickly realised that your prices were not competitive (as shown by your other reviews online. I can see why so many other customers of yours are unhappy) And yes I do believe people deserve to be treated in a professional manner, something clearly which you need to work on. There is absolutely NO way that I would step back in your unprofessional rude store, ever. In fact, we have very happily purchased our scooters from your competitor who offered lovely customer service."
