"Friday....3rd Dec 2021.....Hello Steve.....unlike you I am not very tech savvy......but I do know enough to get by.....in response to your post/reply..... .all I can say is you can twist and turn and move your comments and posts around to make you look like you TRIED to do a job but you and I both know the truth....what you have posted is NOT the truth as if it was I WOULD NEVER lie or waste my time being deliberately mean....I expressed my experience with you start to end which was very frustrating and confusing full stop. I have kept a copy of your text to me threatening to take legal action if I do not remove the review......very unprofessional on your part Steve....threatening an old lady on a pension....very unprofessional. I waited a few days before making the decision to write this review. My personal experience was far from acceptable. From the beginning, almost 5 weeks ago, I informed Steve I was on a Disability Support Pension. We exchanged numerous texts but his visit was fruitless as what he thought he had to do was not what I needed done. We agreed he would return after getting an estimated cost for my repair. I heard nothing for a week so texted him to find out the cost to which he said he had to get an estimated cost......it was as though we had never spoken. I made it clear to Steve that I wanted my machine repaired and asked him to call me when he got the estimate. Again I did not hear fro him for almost another week so I texted him again and asked him if he did not want to do my repair to tell me as I did not want t to waste my time or his. When he finally contacted me he told me the cost to change my gaskets and washers on my E61 Group-head would be $440.....I was gobsmacked to say the least so told him to cancel the whole thing. The entire process took almost 5 weeks from the very beginning....his initial quote was $185......$440 is a far reach from this and to make it worse his level of customer service was almost non existent. I would NOT recommend him to anyone....especially if you are not a business."
