"Elias was nothing but a pleasure too deal with, had some ballasts replaced as my headlights blew, in short notice Elias completed the job too a high standard and I was very happy with his work. A complication came up after the job that had nothing too do with Elias’s quality workmanship, in this situation he could’ve easily ignored his phone as he had already completed the job and had been paid, long story short I called him too let him know what had happened and besides his busy schedule he came too see what the problem was, he diagnosed and explained what had happened, the issue had nothing too do with him though I was rather just more unlucky on this occasion, Elias told me what I needed and despite both our busy lives we communicated with each other too sort out a time that suited us both, this wasn’t easy at all but Elias was with me every step of the way. Despite knowing that he would help me out and do the job unpaid, we booked in for a Saturday in which he completed the job perfectly and even re-aligned my front bumper for me, he made sure I left with a big smile on my face and I sure did, thanks again Elias"
