"Our car was taken there to perform a dyno tune On the day of tune completed it was chugging and could hardly drive it. We went back 5 times to try and rectify the issue. Andrew without putting it on the dyno to look and see what was causing it just guessed and changed fuel settings with his laptop. This happed 5 times until the car was running worse. I asked to put it back on the dyno to see what was going on and he stated it will cost me. This should not cost as it should have been right the first time. I have seen him kick a customers car being an old lime green ford that got stuck in the middle of the road. He got it back to the workshop and was swearing and very aggressive.he then kicked the car and said why would the customer not let him know the dramas the car had. He bad mouths and talks about people'behind their back said the guy with the green torana wouldn't listen to his advice in the end a second opinion on the tune was requested so another tuner put it on the dyno to find out it was very lean and could cause serious issues to a new motor. He had the timing wrong.i would not recommend at all. I am submitting paperwork to NCAT. Take your car there if you like it's up to you but just be warned about the unprofessional service and lack of knowledge."
