"Saved by the Doctor - yet again!! Travelling to Qld & developed plumbing issue. Contacted the Dr & arrangements made to accommodate us to investigate problem. Overnight in their carpark, issue identified & rectified in 2 days (while short staffed & numerous bookings) We were back on the road asap & more than happy with the outcome all round. Yet another tick in the box for Trakka & their staff…."

"Annual service to be done on Trakka Torino. Stayed overnight in showroom park area beforehand & met by Motorhome Dr staff at 730am..booked in, discussed issues/concerns etc & the driven to train station. Collected from station later in afternoon. Staff still working on Veh in search of electrical/wiring fault. We were allowed to stay in their carpark over night & again work commenced 730am. We were kept very well informed throughout the whole process. Problem found & dealt with. The staff were very friendly/helpful. The overall cost involved was very reasonable for the time & effort we saw them out in. The whole process justified our decision to buy our Trakka & to return to the Motorhome Dr for servicing etc. Can only ‘Highly Recommend’ the team for their effort, work ethic & consideration for us as their clients."

"AVOID THIS PLACE. Water pump had issues, I was told by the guy there he can look into it. He passed it off to a women who I watched was stumbling around struggling to do anything and continued to go back to the guy for help. I overheard her swearing and hitting things in my bus. She also pulled out all the drawers and flooring carpet which was to protect the actual floor. She also created a large spill of water which she seemed to fail to cleanup and I did later. 2 hours went by zero progress so I pulled the plug in fear she was breaking more than fixing. Don't go here especially if the girl is working who seemed to find it difficult to do simple tasks and will just hide away in your van and pull things apart pretending to work, she is clearly unhappy and has zero interest or skill in this work. This is one of the places they just bill you hard per hour with little to zero progress. AVOID THIS PLACE"
