"We recently had a leak in our our hot water heater, after speaking with Jake, he had a plumber on-site within 15 mins, and the the unit replaced, the same day. The response and support service was excellent. We then had another issue which was actually the energy supplier however Jake took the time to check our power board and offered advice on the next steps, he also followed up later that day to ensure all was working.
