"Was in a state of panic after hearing some screeching sounds coming from my car last night. I hadn't been to Grace Mechanic before, but since it was fairly close compared to my usual service centre (and I didn't want to risk driving too far), I rang them this morning to try my luck. Ian was very kind and accommodating - he helped squeeze me in for an appointment that afternoon itself at 2pm. I explained that I needed to be home by 3pm for another appointment, and I was happy to leave my car at the mechanic and pick it up later if needed, but Ian and team went above and beyond to replace my brake pads within that short time frame. He took the time to explain the issue and advised on what needed to be done for the next service etc - as I was leaving, another lovely mechanic pointed out that he could see mist building up on my windscreen from all the rain/low temperature so he turned on the reverse aircycling/vent system to help clear the mist. Overall a very positive experience :))"
