"One of the worst customer experience. I walked in wanting to get a pair of snowboots and the store rep did not even bother to put in any effort and told me it's out of stock. Not only that, he got my foot size wrong by 1 (yes, he measured it). Have I been wearing the wrong size shoe my entire life? Anyway - never coming back here again. Cheers mate. UPDATE 30/06: Due to the childish response from the owner. Please refer to my update below. Mate, appreciate your ethical behaviour of stalking your visitor of your own store. I guess I'm living rent free in your head now. As for my other one star. I guess taco Bell, KFC and fish bowl are small businesses? I'm flattered but please actually read my reviews if youre going to dig more into them. Thanks. @everyone, do you wana buy from a small business owner that boasts at 'thriving' who has with an attitude like this? It's up to you. "Got preordered board like this. Sent email for a week then still can’t get reply.calling to store, manager said board is fine.that’s normal. Otherwise send it back to get refund. Who will happy to spend one thousand to get like that? When I preorder the board,sales said can get the board on May . It’s June when I get the board. I need to move to snow mountain to work. I have no time to waste. horrible shopping experience! Unresponsive customer service!"

"gave them 3 stars as I originally got a great price on a snowboard on pre-order (hence the 3 stars). There was some issue with them receiving it from burton so they couldn't get it to me and are therefore giving me a full refund (not their fault so I don't hold it against them). I deducted a star as I never actually received any products so I don't know if they are any good and another star as their online customer service is pretty slow at responding and I had to follow this up multiple times."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned an item a month ago which got delivered to the post office for some reason and not directly to the sore . Have emailed and called multiple times, the store is not willing to collect the item from the post office and now wants me to have it sent back and resent...I have never experienced such poor service from an online store....Thought maybe the post shop where my goods are was far away from their store so I googled mapped it....Turns out its 250 meters away. What a joke."
