"Edited: came back again and tried shahi paneer and patiala chicken. I love the patiala chicken, but not a fan of shahi paneer. Just I found it confusing because it’s sweet but also savoury. Their rice portion is really small for 2 people. Came to use groupon voucher. Came at Saturday night 7pm and the place was empty, only a few people had takeaways. At about 8pm only people started coming. We had their samosas which were very nice and crispy on the outside, with nice chutney. Then for mains we chose butter chicken and eggplant and potato curry. Butter chicken was ok, but I really like the eggplant and potato dish. It has really nice sauce. Rice portion was rather small, but their naan portion was quite big. Butter naan was thick and fluffy on the edges, flatter on the middle so quite heavy/filling. It’s a shame they dont do masala chai tea anymore. Tried their kulfi which was so nice and beautifully creamy. Overall happy with food quality & quantity, I dont find them stingy on the chicken or sauce. I do wish there were more rice, it was such a small portion for 2 people. Everything that came out was nice and hot (temperature-wise). Service was ok but can be improved. When I booked I already said I am coming with groupon voucher, and I did again when I came there. We sit for quite a while, thinking maybe they are already started to cook some food since it’s kinda a set menu. But after 15 mins the staff came and told us, did you order the foods via the qr code on the table? We had to tell them again, but it’s groupon voucher we are using, then she took our choices of drinks and mains. She did say she is still training, but I think more care can be done as I have mentioned about groupon. But overall happy with foods and will come back."
"Service is slow, bored. It's like they're busy doing something more important out the back. Didn't clear any tables. Didn't rush to answer any phones. Didn't rush to address anyone standing at the counter for 10 minutes. We CALLED them from the table to order dessert. Which only worked because we waited for them to happen to be near the phone."
