"I bought a bike, and the staff Josh(a tall white man) said he’ll fix the seat twisting. However, I picked up my bike after 2 days. The bike seat issue is still not solved. It’s a bad purchase experience. I’ll not recommend this brand to my friends!"

"Huge place. Great display of caravans (yes! indoors!), Fishing rods, tents, boats (yes, also indoors)! Big section of apparel as well. Lots of walking space and exciting display to engage kids including a display tank with live fish. The items on display do include some not seen in other stores I've been to but similarly there were items we noticed in other locations which we did not see on display here. Which was strange, considering the space and the name HQ, I would thought everything would be here. Hahaha Would a visit if you are half hearted about the size of tent to buy. Also if you are in the market for a towed camping caravan. Nice displays, my daughter has her eyes on one but too rich for my blood. Hahaha Parking is easy, huge car park."

"It is huge well stocked with high quality outdoor cloths and equipment. It sells everything from boats, 4WD equipment, camping gear throught to fishing tackle and it even has a huge fish tank stocked with Barra!!! Love it!"

"Big and new store although when we were there for hiking gear, the youth range was a bit limited. Discount pricing was placed above socks which apparently were NOT on special so that was very misleading and required a refund. Otherwise, nice and clean and nicely set up."
