"Worst customer experience I’ve ever had . They Had my vehicle for 4 months for repair,told me the parts were ready and car was going to be fixed . Week by week went by and car still not fixed but Anthony msg me every week saying it would be done by end of the week . Drive past a street down from the smash repair shop, and the car is sitting abandoned on the street, covered in cobwebs , mould , tyres popped due to car been sitting there for 4 months and not being worked on. They had already been paid out by my insurance company Nrma . Nrma have now towed my vehicle from the repair shop to a new repair shop. Please be very weary when choosing this repair shop, nothing but lies and deception from this shop. They definitely need investigating."
