"I’ve brought my Breville Barista express here for repairs twice and received great service. Tien + team are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are very busy so there is a bit of waiting time, but they are upfront about how long you’ll be without your machine. Before commencing the repair they will advise of what works are required and at what price point."
"So happy with the service, I dropped my machine in unannounced a little over a week ago, they were apologetic and said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until after Christmas. I got a phone call yesterday (21/12/22) to tell me what was wrong and to quote the repair. I said that was fine, they then said it would be ready 22/12/12) I picked it up this afternoon and the machine is working better than the day I got it 5 years ago Highly recommend"
