"As an NRMA recommended repairer my car was towed to Sherwood Smash Repairs. Terry called me within minutes of my claim going through and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. A1 service and couldn't be happier with the result. Very happy to recommend their services."

"To start off if I can give a negative rating for this business; I would gladly give it a negative 1. I had my car towed to them because they were the preferred repairers closest to us and recommended by our insurance company nrma. This was the biggest mistake of my life! The repairer (Terry) promised to have the car done within a week or two. Weeks to into months and months turned into almost 3 months!! We were promised that the car should be completed within a week or two. I don't know how that week or two could turn out into almost 3 months. To make matters worse he was never contactable on the phone or his mobile and he would never return our calls. After waiting all that time to finally get my car back I found that there were fresh nicks and scratches all over the car and they claim that my clutch has worn out but it was perfectly fine before we took it into th to get it repaired. I don't know a immobile car could have worn out the clutch in the 3 months that it wasn't driven and sitting there collecringe dust. Avoid this repairer pike your life depended on it. Don't believe the obviously fake reviews that are painting that these guys are good. They are a complete disgrace to the smash repair industry."

"I have used Sherwood Smash repairs twice now - once in 2019 and once this year - both times for non-at fault accidents. I chose them through my NRMA policy as they were a preferred repairer. They're also local to me. I'm very happy with the service I received and the works done. The second time took about 2 weeks to fix and it was a big job. Each time I had questions Terry was happy to help and take a look and if I wasn't happy with something he would fix it as well, no questions asked. I never felt nervous or anxious asking questions which I really appreciated, esp being a female. In future, if I ever needed works done I'd definitely go see Terry and his boys. Thank you for making both incidents stress-free."
