Called back 5 minutes later but the plumber had been sent to another job. Received a phone yesterday afternoon to say the plumber would be here this morning. Just received a phone call now to say plumber has been re-diverted to another job..... Really????? The guy on the phone didn't know whether or not plumber could get to my house today......
