"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Had them do an NRMA repair on my car late last year, they were the nominated repairer by NRMA. They did a poor job of repairing my car as panels were misaligned and rubbing up against each other, causing the paint to scuff. They mistreated my car with unnecessary revving on my clutch and then had the audacity to say that my car was the problem, safe to say no one from the workshop knows how to drive a car that only has a heavy duty clutch fitted. The biggest upset was the vulgar comments they made about my partner when they saw her name on the dashboard (this was all evident in dash-cam footage that I originally used to see if I could trust them with my car, as I was looking for a panel beater to use for my own personal repairs). I left a one star review on Google and Facebook, with the above events mentioned. I then took down the review and decided to give them a second chance to make things right with the exhaust that still needed to be repaired (they denied it was damaged and refused to repair it when it clearly was bent to one side). I took the car back a second time to see if they could fix the panels that were misaligned (even at this stage they still denied the exhaust was damaged when I pointed out the bend). All they could do was touch up the panels where the scuff marks were and not even guarantee that they could align the panels properly. I’ve decided to not do the repairs as the inconvenience of having the car go back in the workshop, not to mention the poor customer service and workmanship doesn’t outweigh the fact the car might not even be 100% repaired…and let’s not forget, all this is from an NRMA authorised repairer. 10 months later of being dragged through the ringer with NRMA, my exhaust is now resolved with a cash claim, something that should have been repaired in the first place. So I drove a car that had damage on it for 10 months because El Toro was too blind to see the damage and I had to clean up after them."

It took only less than 3 weeks for them to find all the necessary parts and repair it which was such a relief. The car looks immaculate, really great service."

"The worst smash repair to deal with. They supposedly fixed the car, only to return it for them to fix properly. They had neglected to fix underneath the car, even after we had brought it to their attention. Then they have not replaced the parts that were supposed to be in the car. Useless. Avoid this place like the plague."
