"I purchased an elliptical with this company almost 3 years ago (August 2020), and it has been one of the best purchases of my life. I bought it during covid, but it's been soooo usefull even post restrictions. Whenever it's raining, too cold, and I'm not in the mood to dress up to exercise outside, I use it. The name of the model I got was "X-41 Cross Trainer". It's quiet (I use it in an apartment), it's robust (my husband and I use it regularly and it still works as brand new. Moreoever, I've never been able to use it at the max tension capacity, meaning that it has a wide range of tensions to choose from, provinding a great workout), and the cost-benefit is amazing. I was also worried about the stride length as I have long legs (1m7cm of leg), but it works perfectly for me. I cannot recommend this enough! We're super happy with it."

However, they require a $50 fee for picking up a product from their Sydney stock because it needs to be shipped from Melbourne. It's puzzling that an Australian company would charge customers for providing products in Sydney, one of the country's major cities. When I called them, the customer service representative confirmed this practice and suggested that I could consider purchasing from other companies instead."
"I purchased the café chino cubby house. Delivery was super fast & left in a safe place. The cubby itself is awesome and great value for money. With a drill, it took me two hours, but was east enough to put together. I did search online for a assembly video but there are non, I find these very helpful. Overall very happy experience & will buy from them again."
