They get all excited spending it online only to spend weeks wondering if its coming and 5 weeks on from a 5 day delivering we are still waiting and the email responses have dried right up. They advise its a 1-8day "investigation" to see where the parcel is which the tracking notes as never picked up. Day 11 of #investigation and no idea. Make sure if you are running this Gauntlett to use a credit card you can get your money back with. Wish I read the other reviews below first. Non-delivery and no contact is a common theme lately."

"Not a happy customer and won't recommend. Purchased a jersey with paid express shipping so it would arrive on time for Magic round. They sent the Jersey with normal shipping and I wouldn't have known otherwise if I didn't look at the arrival date and call Australia post. Very dodgy. The Jersey did not arrive on time, resulting in me purchasing a new jersey elsewhere and now these guys are not happy to compensate in a refund if I send it back as I would not have had to go elsewhere if they sent with express. I then got told by eBay they had 3 days to contact me and see what we wanted to do and didn't hear anything. Not happy at all"

"Very unhappy with their service. First, they sent me the wrong size, then it took ages to receive a return form. then it took ages for their reply but only after saying I was coming to their store in person did, I get a reply. This has been going on since the order was placed on the 26th of September. The item was a birthday present to my husband who is in a nursing home. They say they can`t give me the right size as the wrong one was returned used. As he has sensitive skin the labels where remove and as soon it went over his head remove. Unfortunately, the labels where not checked as you wouldn`t think a company would. send the wrong size. IT WAS NOT WORN AT ALL. Their corresponds has been bad. With all my one email and numerous phones calls which they promised to fit the problem, I have only received one email from them stating that they are sending me back the original wrong size item back. WHAT USE IS THAT TO ME> I will never use this company again. Victoria"
