Payment processed but item still not shipped… Called the team and was told Liv will contact me on numerous occasions as they aren’t able to confirm why the item hasn’t been shipped. I have yet to receive an email or phone call from Liv. I also wanted to buy Eleiko hex dumbbell set but was told early last week Liv will contact me but again no luck. The rest of the team was lovely to talk to. Better to go to the brand directly and I suggest Eleiko look for a better aus distributor. Purchased a number of items from Rogue and shipping was confirmed within minutes and items received within 48hours."
