"I have used this company previously to repair a Miele clothes dryer and they were great. Recently I enquired about replacing a door seal on my washing machine. They asked me to send photos and communicated by SMS re price and installation dates. I asked to proceed but the communication afterwards was terrible and today they requested a 50% deposit before attending. This is totally unnecessary for a $300 job with a repeat customer. Given there are so many scams these days I refuse to give my business to companies who trade on these terms. I will deal directly with Miele instead."

"Great service - from start to finish it felt professional & well valued. Booking was as easy as calling the main line, where they then assigned a technician to quote - once this was accepted, they had an online questionnaire/tool to upload photos of the oven, model numbers, and any extra information needed - prompting you for what would be helpful along the way - the last step being your availability for the technician (Steve in our case!) to come and visit. After this a message not long after asking to confirm a window of 2 hours on one of my available days, Steve then arrived and replaced our oven element and lamp (we had already purchased the parts) with ease - it was an "in-wall" oven which had to be taken out, he had a table and everything needed to fix our Neff oven. Price was a bit less than expected which was even better - thanks Steve, will keep your card/magnet on our fridge for any other appliance issues."
