"I used Vanessa for just under a year with my business and it was a painful experience, her lack of knowledge is her downfall and when you ask too many questions her willingness to help drops below zero. Come tax time she didn’t even know what reports I would need to take to my tax agent for my income tax which is now costing more for the additional work my agent has to do. Vanessa expects you to know everything about book keeping yourself so her job is easier, she’s not willing to explain anything, not a good communicator, happy to take her monthly direct debit before the month with increased pricing and no heads up. Overall would rate her services subpar."
