"This review is based on my experience in 2015 I was reminded about after going through old emails. I was looking for someone cheaper to my tax after using a different person for a few years and was recommended this place by an international student friend as a place lots of expats use. After giving them my tax return they suggested I should pay the ATO which was odd because I had always gotten money back. I didn't sign the final bit and took my return to my old person. Ended up getting $1000+ back. I gave 2 stars because they might only cater to international students."

"Service fee is higher than others If you have already paid for the service then you change your mind and ask for a refund you won't get a full refund. for the reason that The team has already begun to work."
