"Looking at the reviews, I might have reached the restaurant at the wrong day.But will give it a 2nd chance whenever I go there again. My review about the Veg Biryani - The rice was overcooked, sticky, starchy, spices were raw tasting , could taste raw coriander powder, too many long strips of onion in every bite, again not properly fried, veggies were over cooked, tomato paste also tasting raw.Very disappointed. Ambience - Was good. Beautifully decorated.Nice interiors. Beautiful wood carving used from India to decorate. Staff- Friendly and well mannered."
"I ate here recently with my husband for our anniversary. We decided on this restaurant because of the many positive reviews it has received. The food was lovely - we had one of the banquets. There was plenty of food and it was fresh and authentic. Presentation could be a little better on the mains but overall it was OK. The service was average and we were the only ones on the restaurant. It should be noted if you're a disability patron then you'll have problems as the toilets are up two flights of stairs and there's a large step into the restaurant. There are no toilets downstairs. I asked what they do if they have a customer in a wheelchair and they just shrugged their shoulders. The seats are also quite uncomfortable - quite lumpy, with a hard piece of wood at the front, which really digs into your thighs. Paying was another issue as I wanted to pay via Liven and they said it wasn't working. If a payment method isn't available, I feel it should be disclosed before ordering. Overall the food was good but the manner in which issues were addressed was poor i.e no apology, but more or less, that's how it is. Take it or leave it."
"One of the few great restaurants for Indian cuisine. Food is the best, at a reasonable price. All the dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection. Had ordered Chicken Tandoor, Garlic Naan and Butter Naan, Butter Chicken and Chicken Lababdar. All were nicely prepared and served. Ambience is also awesome and a great service. Will surely visit again with friends and family."
"Fantastic restaurant with a wide selection of dishes which are sure to please everyone. The food is fresh and came out quickly! Everything from the Chaat to the naan made our tastebuds dance. We can tell that Chef Lalid and his team take pride in their food and you can taste their passion! Service was also very friendly with Rajni helping us with all our needs. Definitely worth for anyone to make the trip out here! We will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes."
