"Extremely poor customer service. Was told product would take 5-6 weeks. It took 4 months to finally deliver. Everytime I rang the person on the phone said they couldn't find any paperwork for my order and seemed annoyed that I was ringing. A frustrating customer experience."

Every time I called they told me a different story, which ranged from "it's already been delivered" to "it will be delivered tomorrow". I had to get my bank involved to get a refund. Beware - I dont recommend this business."
"was told that the post would be delivered on tuesday maybe wednesday,happy with that but didn't turn up till friday afternoon . spoke to the guy in charge and he had no clue about delivery and couldn't help at all ,when i called back on friday to ask again he was short with me and less than helpful . was waiting for these posts but they couldn't care less . won't use them again ever"
