"Service to check in with bowling was very poor. After numerous young staff kept walking past talking and laughing to each other. Then when finally service the male staff said how many players which was 2 and didn’t put 2 names on board so went back and waited 5 minutes to add young daughter with bumper lanes which he didn’t add so had to go back and wait another 5 minutes. Bad experience"
"Whilst the venue looks great and is clean and tidy, the staff are over whelmed by number of customers. Clearly identified by 45 minute wait for 2 hot dogs with curly fries - of which the roll was so stale it wasn’t possible to chew. Bowling games kept crashing so much that I felt bad keeping asking for it to be rectified. These places consume your money, which I’m usually happy to part with but yesterdays experience was poor."

Usually there are special offers available but even normally the prices of the activities are ok but the food is a little expensive without some food credit vouchers.
