"Update: The owner/manager of the business responded promptly and emailed me privately to ensure this complaint was taken cared of and refunded me the delivery fee. They do take quality service seriously. Shop with confidence. The product is good quality but the delivery driver was irresponsible. First I heard swears at the front and when I open the gate. I saw the truck driver sat in his seat just wave at me and drove away. No indication of that delivery has arrived. No notification email or phone call for delivery time prior. They did sent out a order completed email some time afterwards but who would know it is delivered. I did not find out until several hours later that my product was dropped at the nature strip. They are 700 dollars product and the driver did not even leave them in the carport. Very bad delivery service."
