When I pointed out online price of competitor they falsely and rudely told me the online price didn’t include tax. Pleased I went elsewhere."

"We came charging over to Haymes in Eltham yesterday from the other side of town as our Haymes was closed and we needed very specific items. When we arrived we were a bit panicked as we had a strict deadline and no idea how we were going to pull everything off. We were greeted immediately by the store manager who asked how we were and what we needed - he must be some sort of magician because we had no idea what we needed specifically (a painter had recently painted our house and the colours we thought he used he didn't) and by some miracle he was able to perfectly match everything by asking questions about the brand, tubs and finish. Amazing customer service, flawless knowledge and know how and an all round really lovely person. Thanks so much for that experience, you really helped us out!"
