"Do not go with this company if you want anything fast, good customer service or peace of mind!. Odered a large amount of items for full bathroom reno over $4k worth. Purchasing with a month prior to install deadline and the promise that they give of fast delivery, thought great no issue. Over a 6 week period chasing an update on my items, I would call and call and only get told i would be called back, wouldn't get a call back and then go onto the chat online and get told I'll get an update as soon as shipped with a promised date. Chase an update post that date passed and still not shipped, had to threaten to go to fair traiding as thousands spent on items. Finally got items to only find no basin wasn't sent with order. Called and said will try tomorrow and send as it was just sitting there, demanded a refund as needed it now as now 6 weeks since ordered and trades threatening to walk off the job as they had to move to new jobs. You guessed it! Had to chase the refund too! Such a shame as they have a good range and decent pricing on sale. Have other wet areas we need to do but Won't ever put myself through the stress again of dealing with these guys."
