Then I have been told via email, the Richmond store is out of stock, and I need to pay extra for shipping from another store. I told them it was not my fault, they should honour it. However, it is another 1-week-waiting. Then I emailed them again for the update, I have been told they are processing my order. Finally, I got another email today, the ORDER PROCESSING is actually a refund! What ridiculous services!"

"I bought a concrete mixer from Richmond branch and was faulty. I sent them a video of faulty product and they accepted. But they said you must bring the concrete mixer by your own cost. Which this is against low. Finally, they accepted to pick up the faulty product after 3 weeks. Not a good after sale service at all."
