"I've been a client for 4 years and most times when I place an order online, I strike a problem. These are some examples: * Can't use a coupon code and the VE points at the same time. It's one or the other. * There is no place to change method of payment or check your credit card details unless you go to checkout and place payment. Once you place payment, if the credit card is wrong, the order is cancelled. On the second attempt, when placing a payment, it gives you the option to change payment details but if you are claiming VE points, points are no longer available as you used it on the first attempt. The points are re credited for the following order. * When complaining, they will offer a discount coupon for the next order but as per first point, can't used the coupon and VE points in the same order. *Their website for placing the order is terrible and they don't acknowledge the frustrations but simply say "we apologise for the inconvenience" * They can discontinue a product at anytime leaving you with obsolete vapes which cost a fortune and are not compensated. * I always order a good quantity to get free shipping. This is no longer available. *i'm now using the Viggo series which is quite good, however, occasionally the pods are faulty in that they don't work or leak into the battery or your mouth. I only use this company because I'm addicted to the taste and experience which I enjoy and it's very hard to change brands once you get used to it. Perhaps it's time to make a change! 20/4/23 - After writing this review, Jimmy, the company's Operations Manager contacted me on 8/3/23 to address all my concerns and I'm happy that the company has made changes to eliminate some of the issues as I just ordered more product and it was a much better experience. I cannot comment that all issues have been resolved as I have not tested all but I now have Jimmy's address and can contact him if I experience any further problems. Happy with the outcome and will continue as a customer."

"I absolutely love Vaper Empire’s V-Pack II Series. I made my first order in October 2016. I have never looked back. My life changed the moment the package arrived at my front door. I have to this day never ever had another drag of a normal cigarette. I love the product and could not recommend anything as elegant or stylish that does the job than the V-Pack II Series.
