"Really poor experience with these guys, I spent $350 on timber for decking. Within a week the wood had inexplicably turned black. I called them to be told someone would call me back. No response. I emailed through their website. No response. I phoned again to be told "someone would call me back", at which point I told them I was getting a bit tired of being fobbed off. "No, no, someone will call". Weeks later still no call. Sorry guys, but in my book, that's called appalling customer service."
"Just installed a Principal Kitchen & Laundry with Hamptons Doors to replace old 1950's cabintery, the quality of door finish, fittings and cabinetry was first class, cost was about 50% of what we were quoted from a cabinet maker, and we had no missing parts! John at Taits did a superb job completing design for us and following up with any questions we had during install. If you are a home handyman, you should be able to save about 50% on a bespoke kitchen cost."
