"Beware of the quality of installation. These guys sent installers who put a staple through a water pipe, which resulted in a slow leak in the wall cavity which eventually made its way into the ensuite itself. Plaster lining, tiles and vanity had to be removed and replaced. A significant repair cost which this company has refused to pay. Just not worth the trouble dealing with a company who don't take responsibility for their actions. Mistakes happen but not taking ownership of issues is an indication of how this company operates. Their installers clearly don't have the necessary experience and understanding of the precautions and care they must take whilst working on a construction site. Stay away from this mob.... TO THE OWNER RESPOND TO ME RATHER THAN THE REVIEWERS THAT GiVE YOU A 5 STAR RATING."
"The product is fine but the installation service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy in charge seems to know what he is doing but the person he left behind to do the bulk of the work was abysmal. Took three visits to sort out and left a bunch of scratches on the wall. After multiple attempts to get the promised refund of product that was surplus to requirements I decided to write off the money owing. Best avoided."
