"So impressed with the timber flooring team at Western Distributors. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and able to help us understand all of the various considerations and challenges with our renovation. Adam was flexible and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The team were incredibly patient with us in the selection process (we visited the showroom 3-4 times). We also had to have the installation dates change to fit around our other tradies and Marc was flexible and efficient and did a beautiful job. He even installed new skirting boards for us. Really impressed and happy with our new floors. Great prices too!"

"Had a fairly poor and stressful experience with our flooring right from the beginning. In the weeks before installation was scheduled they said they couldnt supply our flooring as they had discontinued it. On payment of more money they found enough to fulfil our order. Their installer then did a poor job of the installation leaving huge gaps around the edge of floor and also between planks. After many photos of the gaps- which were so big you could stand a pencil up in one, they finally admitted liability and said they would rectify the job. They did not rectify the job. 4 months later our builder fixed them by caulking the whole house. I would not recommend them."
