"These guys (at least the person that I dealt with) managed to offer a worse customer service than Bunning (and that says it all...). Unbelievable that people like that still exist! The guy that I talked to, never lifted his elbows from the counter... not interested in helping or trying to help, just kept repeating "I'm not a licenced plumber". I was just after a replacement for a mixer cartridge... Will never go back, even if that means travelling further!"

Told us to hire a plumber to order and install a part that we ended up resolving by DIY'd ourselves for less than $50 for 2 toilets. Would recommend the Sunshine store instead for a better helpful cost effective customer experience whom helped us resolve this better."
