"Worst shopping experience ever. The girl at the reception was extremely rude to the customers. She is not doing anything and just ignores our questions."
"All the staff was friendly and good except the lady on the billing counter. She has a very rude behaviour when we asked to pack in different bags. We told them that we are happy to pay extra money for bag even though that's very bad experience with her. Need to improve customer service mainly she showed her aggressiveness over the face this felt so bad."
"Very bad and unpleasant customer service experience !! I bought a pair of soccer boots just before Christmas and later I found them a little oversized. I tried the shoe in the store during the Christmas busy period when the store was extremely busy and unfortunately there was a little dirt in one of the boot spikes (Just one not more than one). And I didn't clean up prior to getting a refund with the boxing and valid purchase receipt. I also had to take out the sticker to see if the boot is perfectly fit for me.. But the girl in the store and his manager had a whisper and were very bold not to refund me the money. I asked them if they had any lower size but they didn't have any ! You might have managed to be chicky for this time but I would never go to your store again for the rest of my life and for my kids. I was a very regular customer for this store for the last few years although the store manager (if he is the real store manager) was very unpleasant. I believe the guy at the counter thinks he is the smartest person in the world.. Maybe overly smart. And I strongly believe with the valid receipt, boxing and the condition of the boots it could be easily refunded, although I didn't say any single word when he decided to not give any refund. But I didn't expected this experience at all from a band line FILA ! (Attached photos)"
