"Just when I thought after the last time I would never go back to this store, i had another terrible experience. For the convenience and to save myself the extra 5 mins i thought id give it another chance. BWS need to look at the staff they are hiring at the Wamberal store. The older woman with the dark curly hair is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. Making it obvious she was having a bad day like every other day I had been in there had me feeling extremely embarrassed and unconformable. I've never been one to write a review with my experience in a store but today I was really taken back and was unable to let this one go. I have seen her speak horribly to younger staff and feel for anyone that has to be working or in the company of this particular woman. I wont be buying from this store again and would advise everyone else to spend there money somewhere else."

"Lack of communication between staff at your Wamberal store which caused myself husband and the employee a lot of problems. I paid for 12 Chancellor bottles of brut on Monday served by Dirk at approximately 14.28 on 19/04/21 and told him my husband would collect after 18.00 When he went to collect the employee told him there was none there and came home empty handed. I phoned the store and was told the same. I then told her I would make a formal complaint after keeping me waiting on the phone while she needed to attend to her customers she eventually found them out the back.So another trip to the store for my husband. All because lack of communication with the staff. I have never had any problem before as the staff place the wine near the front door so they can keep an eye on the store for customers without having to search the store for pickups. That incident caused me and the emloyee a lot of distress all because she was not informed."

"To the blue haired woman who has just done her RSA refresher course and carded a 36 year old and her 63 year old mother buying a single bottle of $25 Pinot Grigio for a quiet NYE in. Left my ID in my other wallet as haven’t been asked for ID in a decade. Congratulations. We won’t be coming back. Maybe a lesson on common sense and customer service from management is in order."
