"We made an appointment with a 'senior' specialist. When we arrived, Kevin decided our tax return was too complicated and we needed to book in for a long session. Arrived for the long session as advised but the incompetent and lazy Kevin decided he didn't have time to do it. He said it was too complicated and didn't know how to complete our tax return. He is meant to be the senior tax accountant, specialising in tax returns and couldn't complete our tax return. Wasted our time and turned us away TWICE!"
