"I am purchasing liquor from here for a quite some time. However, today I mistakenly purchased a non alcoholic beer 6 pack instead of a normal one and noticed it at the parking lot. I asked the person at the cashier whether I can purchase the normal 6 pack instead of the non alcoholic one and whether I can return that. He refused it without even trying and told me it’s the company policy. I literally purchased it 2 minutes back and he was there as well. What kind of policy is that. I did not have a receipt but he did not even bother asking. Otherwise, I would have shown my online account expense. The date is 4th August 2023 and the time is around 6.30 p.m. There were two guys and it was the white guy who acted like this."

"Absolutely disgusting service tonight. I have been going here for as long as I can remember. Tonight I went in after having dinner with my son. We were standing at the fridges as I was trying to decided what I should get to take home to my partner. When getting to the counter the arrogant man standing there asked to see my sons ID, I mentioned that he was my son. He refused to serve me as he apparently “seen us talking” at the fridges.. Well of course he did, however I was not offering my son alcohol and the fact that he could just assume that’s what I was doing was totally disgusting and humiliating. I never knew that it was a thing that you were unable to talk to your children whilst in the bottle shop. Thank you for not only humiliating me, but making me feel like a terrible mother by insinuating I was buying my child alcohol"

"The customer service is very bad. Senior sales rep today (17.12.2022), a lady, is being rude and unprofessional. When I asked another sales rep about the particular beer, they said they don't have it. I asked if someone knows much about the beer, since I'm looking for a citrus based flavour similar to hoegarden. That person said "I know much enough to tell you we don't have it". That was already rude. Later when I came with wine the person was waiting for another customer, but that customer was still picking some items. I asked if he could use another terminal while we waiting. He said he can't. Then the lady came and told him he actually can. I said it looks like he didn't want to help me in the first place. The lady started to be aggressive and defensive, cursed in my back, and told "it's not for you to tell him what he can or can not do". I think that's insane tbh. It is totally for me to ask to use another terminal, it's ok everywhere. Never go to this liquor store again."
