"Ordered a bottle of wine at 930. At 1010 they called and said they were out of stock but would replace with something else. At 1030 they called and said they didn’t have a single bottle of wine that they could send under the value of the bottle I ordered ($20) now I have to wait 10 days for a refund. No wonder this place is going under"

"Look, I'm an old woman, and I don't drink much alcohol, but I do like a tiny glass of port at six o'clock. A few months ago, I thought I'd met the rudest staff member there I'd ever met, then, things improved, with an older woman there sometimes who's brave enough to smile without thinking her face will crack. Went there today and met Mata Hari. Would not like to run into her in a dark lane! I'm not going back. Who do these cold hearted women think they are? A smile doesn't hurt anyone."

"So they say they open till 12 on the website says 11 30 on the ubereats ..and they close the ubereats at 11 pm...so sad ...need to step up by the owner may be change the trading times on uber eats ...so simple.. disappointed..I just called the store and staff was kinda friendly and he said he was asked to stop uber eats at 11pm.. I tried to place an order at 11 03 and still till 11 25 it says like you have 5 mins to order before close ,but the staff is too eager to go home I guess ...this is not a big deal but I was counting on you guys to order as I was thinking i still have half an hour... will never ever order from this store again and also tell my mates not to order It just takes 3 mins to complete the ubereats order .....what concerns me is if they have the trading hrs till 12 or 11 30 why not open the ubereats and so"

"It’s misleading and pure bad customer service when you advertise a set closing time (midnight) and decide to lock your doors 5 minutes before actual closing. It’s even worse when you point that out to your cashier and he decides to throw up his hands in the air as if he doesn’t know what he had done. As a long standing customer of your establishment who knows exactly what he wants and doesn’t take more than a minute to pick it up, I must say, I’ll never be purchasing from this institution again. You have the footage to prove my point. Check your video footage from the night of February 3rd to confirm what I’m saying. You lost me and all my UNSW Kingsford friends that ever shopped with you during odd hours in the night."
