"Rosebud C.Fulton. Terrible service. The person informed us the pebbles would be delivered at 12pm. I came home at 10:45am to find them on the nature strip! When I contacted them about this, the manager showed no accountability for the mistake. I made sure I was home for the stated time, but they delivered prior and delivered them on the nature strip. People have been driving by trying to take the pebbles. Absolutely no customer service skills and no responsibility taken for their mistake. In one breath the manager said they made a mistake and that they're human, but in another breath recited a clause in their receipt. No one informed us when I purchased them that they would be dumping them on the nature strip. If we had known that we would have ordered them on a day we could move them inside the gate. He also lied and said the driver tried to contact me, but I had no missed call. If the delivery driver was always going to drop them on the kerbside, why did he "apparently" try to call me? This branch are a joke!"

"Was once a very loyal customer and would purchase many loads of materials regularly supporting each other locally. I’m not one for reviews but was extremely disappointed in the service today from what I thought was a great relationship. Pre ordered the delivery a week early to ensure materials would be available for the job told yes yes all ok and made payment. Then get told on the day there run out of stock and I didn’t receive the delivery until 3hours later from the initial booking on a job that I lost money on having staff waiting around to do there job but the stock never arrived then blowing out the cost of my job. Leaving me with a loss. I understand things go wrong but a little gesture of some sort would be the professional and humble thing to do in this situation from the business and yet when I had a polite chat to the manger about it, he wouldn't have a bar of it playing the victim in other words desk with it not my problem!! So for me I won’t use or recommend this establishment for any of my landscape needs or collogues in the industry. Very disappointed and let down."

"I normally buy my concrete from the big guys - Holcim or Hanson. However this time I tried RGS and very happy that I did- Both service and quality of concrete excellent! Definitely my choice for the future!"

"Ordered a tonne of firewood this week. Was delivered on time - thumbs up. BIG THUMBS DOWN the wood was not clean it was full of wet mud, which I no doubt paid for. MOST UNSATISFACTORY and WILL NOT purchase firewood again from this company. Sad for them and me as I had been purchasing firewood from them for a few years. Stephen and Deb"
