"An EXTREMLEY unprofessional company. Absolute worst 3PL Warehouse we've had the displeasure of working with. If you're a business looking to potentially open a contract with Gateway Liquor, I strongly advise against it. Your clients most likely would like to see a proof of delivery (pretty straight forward considering it's a "delivery service" company). However, Gateway finds this task to be unnecessary. Very very poor customer service with little to no care for their clients' needs. After ceasing our relationship and starting with a new logistics company, it's apparent that various other companies in this industry have taken on ex-clients of Gateway due to the fact that they're unbearable to deal with. Sincerely, disappointed and glad to have ceased our relationship."
"Wish there was an option to rate 0 or negative stars. Someone needs to teach them what Customer Service is. Their Logistics and Warehouse Manager is just too lazy to respond to the queries and after a constant follow up he will respond saying we should not be doing our jobs of following up for him being lazy and not responding to our queries. Worst of all after a few months, instead of apologising, he will respond saying we should have queried this earlier. If you are a business and thinking of working with them, trust me look elsewhere or be prepared to waste your time and lose your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
