"I love Decathlon however the last time I visited I felt the store was messier than normal. I was specifically looking at beach footwear - sand shoes and jandals (aka thongs). The sizes were all jumbled up with lots scattered on the ground. Still a great store where you can *mostly* grab items at a good price. I do recommend still shopping around as some of their competitors have better pricing - eg. camping equipment, swim goggles, etc."
"Used the click and collect service, which showed that items were available and in stock in Auburn. A day or so later I was notified that it would be delayed by up to 5 business days for them to get the items of the shelves. After I sent an email asking what was going on, they simply cancelled my order. F minus for customer service and honesty."

"Great store with a good selection of sports gear and clothing. They also offer $10 vouchers when you become a member (minimum spend $100). Unfortunately, when I went to redeem the $10 voucher at check out, it had a 401 error. When I spoke with the manager on duty he said that he cannot honour the voucher and recommended me to contact the "online team". Interestingly, the decathlon website has no contact number or email. I also noted that other people were having the same issue and the staff were telling people they cannot honour the welcome voucher ether :("
