"I always have problems with my orders here. And they don't even make the correctly like the salads and other "healthy" foods. I have worked at maccas down the road from this one and there isn't the same problem."
"The same as any McDonald's. I don't recommend visiting after 1am (they are a 24hr restaurant) as they always claim to be doing a system update and unable to take any orders and it is on any random night. It is located on a fast food strip so it can be absolute madhouse to get in there at peak times (Fri and Sat evenings)."
"It's sad Mecca's has adopted the no service policy. Cash seems to be an offence to Mecca's staff here in Berwick. Staff look at you standing at the counter about 8 times before servicing you, then approach you like you're an inconvenience to them. When you hand them cash to pay, yep, a 100$ note is Australian currency!! They're confused and need a manager to walk around with the money looking even more frustrated she had to put her phone down to perform her duties. Finally, the manager comes back to enter some sort of a thousand digit time lock to open the register for the change. Again, looking annoyed at the register and my general presents in front of her. Macca's team, us the people that pay for food which pays your wage, should remember.. No cash here!! Robbo?? no cash."
"I consistently have issues here with missing items. On 1 occasion I bought 2 happy means and a large burger meal. 1 happy meal was missing the nuggets, one was missing the chips and the burger I had to put it back together. Just the other day I got a large meal and the chips weren't put in the bag. This is only a couple of examples. The store always offer to fix it but when I've driven home and it's late I can't be bothered, it just shouldn't happen. It's happened that many times now I give up and won't bother coming back, plenty of other food places around here"
