"The pharmacists are always helpful at this chemist but today at 4:01 I was making my way to the counter to pay for my prescription and was told to rudely “hurry up” by a staff member. It was unnecessary and uncalled for as closing hours on a public holiday is not common knowledge, especially on a busy street like Enmore Road, and I was clearly on my way to pay."

"First, their website is extremely poor. A customer cannot tell if a product is in stock or if there is the option of click and collect in a local store. I found a La Roche Posay product recommended by my dermatologist on Cincotta's website and did not know if the Enmore Chemist stocked it. I visited today, walked in, found the product unavailable on the shelf and the woman behind the counter mentioned that it had been ordered and they would have it in a few weeks. Given the vague time and no mention of an alternative product from her I went to leave. Unfortunately when I went through the security system, it beeped. I turned around and not one but two people hovered over me to check inside my bag and would not leave me alone until I offered my Kathmandu Goretex. The male took the jacket behind the counter and was feeling it up and down. If I was a shoplifter I would have to be one of the quickest in Sydney as I was in the chemist for all of 30 seconds. Does it really take two people to handle this situation? I am still in the dark about an alternative product to use instead of the one recommended by my dermatologist. More annoying than anything."
