"Food is always good, although if you want spring rolls, dim sims or pork dumplings (all the fried things) then you should get them earlier in the day (brunch or lunch rather than dinner) since they will be crispy and hot. I concede that the fried rice is not the best I have had and could use some more flavouring (to my taste at least), but my solution is to get a meat based dish with plenty of sauce (like the Mongolian beef), which definitely improves the overall flavour. I have never felt sick after eating the food in all the times I have bought from here, and the customer service has always been pleasant. If you want to be treated well, treat them well. My portions have always been generous as well - they really stuffed my takeaway containers! During busy times I have noticed that they replenish the food, so if you want really fresh stuff just look for the food that is steaming and piled high! I don't really understand why there aren't more people buying from this place - it's good value for good food!"
