"This review is for the online portal. They are terrible. Basically, false advertising. There was a promo code with 10% discount. It failed at checkout when taking payment. I called them and was told to place the order and they'd then refund 10%. I did that, then was informed my order was above the $1000 dollar limit, so they could only refund that part. If I was told upfront I would have reduced the order. The consultant could not find the terms that stated this limit on the website. I asked for escalation but am yet to hear back from them. I will never buy from them (online) again and would recommend others don't."

"A really nice store with quite a good product range & plenty of parking right outside the door. I went there primarily to buy a case of Miller Chill beer, a nice light refreshing drop with a dash of lime. Unfortunately, they had none in stock at the time but the price would have been $55. So, I went into Southgate & Liquorland in Coles had stock & it was only $47 a case & wasn't on special either. I know First Choice, also owned by Coles matches prices if you have a competitors advert with you but in this case I was glad they were out of stock as I would have paid $55."
