"The two girls working on New Years Eve closed the shop 5 minutes early (lights off and everything) and refused to let us in - also refused to give us their names and ran out the back. We knew what we wanted and literally expressed we’d be 30 seconds but they said they’d already locked the register 5 minutes prior (which means they locked up 10 minutes early). I understand wanting to celebrate NYE but this also impacts other peoples NYE… negligent and I definitely wouldn’t allow selfish people who lack in customer service like this to be working or representing my shop"
