Reviews
"Simple and super casual cafe with nice food and aged decoration. Friendly staff and service."
"It's a very nice cafe with very good food. It has an old rustic look. The place has pretty decent indoor seating, with some seating available in the verandah are as well as some outside. It was raining when we went there so we had to sit inside, but i went and checked the outdoor seating in the garden like area. The Mediterranean and the pepperoni toasties were yummy, and the coffee was pretty good. The Orange Polenta cake was amazing. We just loved it. The cafe lady was very friendly and helpful."
"We've stopped here a number of times in recent years. The cafe is set opposite a relaxing waterside park where people come to spend their leisuretime, meet family and picnic while the children play in the playground. We loved the cafe when the previous owners were there. They were very welcoming and the coffee and food was consistently very good, including for restricted diets. Unfortunately our last two stops have been quite the opposite. The staff presented as disinterested and I'd go as far as to say annoyed, and this was reported by multiple people we were with on our last stop, plus the consistency of the coffee they serve varies enormously. They still cater for restricted diets which is terrific and the cakes we had were lovely. With an injection of love in personal manner and coffee making skill, in the beautiful position it is in, this business could return to being one of choice rather than necessity, could provide both its owners and staff much satisfaction, and it's customers a pleasant welcoming experience to enhance their day and keep them coming back. We hope this feedback is accepted with the perspective of continuous improvement and look forward to the opportunity to write a more positive review in the future."
