I have not get a chance to know how good she is but the way they treat customer certainly show somethings about their service"

"A very unprofessional firm. Book an appointment at 6:30 for tax return, be there at 6pm, and had to wait until 8:30. She did wrong for my tax return, even I told her all information (by filling the form and verbal), and I got less than what I did by myself every years before. Didn't response my email, wen I called them, the reception just came up with the answer "I will let Jennifer know" all the time, with no out come. Wish can rate 0 star"

"Jennifer is one of the best accountants in Western suburbs of Sydney. I have been her regular customer for over 8 years and she helped me out tremendously on my personal tax return sand business proposals. My finance has been very well organised and good state, thanks to her. Her team is also well communicated as well so it was pleasure to work with them. The wait is definitely terrible comparing to 4 years before, so I would recommend to book an appointment with her well in advance of few months before tax season or just come back in October or November so you don't have to wait."

"I am genuinely disappointed with how long I had to wait to do my tax return. I had an appointment and still waited 4 hours!! And after waiting that long Jennifer was very rushed because it was now very late. I had high hopes to have my tax return taken care of and wished she had taken me into consideration and not consider me as just "another" client walking through the door.
