"Been away a while only realised plaza has quite a few new shops. Not tryin’ to start a long speech just to be critical. The shop is clean and tidy, many choices, but some not all sales member might be a little bit overwhelming… Don’t get me wrong! There is nothing wrong with it, I know you are just trying to do your job, but a good sales does’t need to be pushy if I’ve used the right word… If customer start getting uncomfortable it’s always good to learn how to read the vibe/ facial expressions so then you know when to stop. No shop wants to make the customers feel pressured whenever they need to purchase from there right?"
